Refund policy

THE SHORT VERSION Digital books can't be unread. Once downloaded, they're non-refundable — unless the file is actually broken, in which case we'll make it right, no fight.

You get a refund if:

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
  • You grabbed the wrong book and haven't downloaded it yet

You don't get a refund if:

  • You read it and caught feelings
  • You bought it at 2am and regret everything (or nothing)
  • You skipped the description and surprised yourself

Look — we're not assholes about it. If something's genuinely broken, we fix it. But "I read the whole thing and changed my mind" isn't a broken file, it's a Tuesday.

How to ask: Contact us within 7 days with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to wherever the money came from.
